I’ve had a lot of professional experience, and I’ve never stopped training throughout my career, validating my professional know-how with certifications and federal diplomas.

From my apprenticeship as a car mechanic, I combined technical and professional expertise with training, as a trainer of apprentices. With a cafe-restaurant license, I managed a restaurant and then ran sports centers for over 15 years as a fitness instructor with a federal diploma as an adult trainer. I’m also a qualified vocational coach.

As a holder of two project management certifications, one in Switzerland and the other internationally, I have been able to put my team management and customer relationship management skills to good use for multinationals in the Lake Geneva region.

Wishing to pursue a profession in line with my personal development, I became a “personal trainer”, again validating this experience with a diploma as a sports coach, expert in food and nutrition.

With this dual profile – skills in the field and theoretical knowledge – I want to be able to inspire those seeking guidance, and show them that anything is possible!

As a learner and trainer, I know how to adapt to different student profiles, using some of my sports coaching techniques to benefit their mental preparation and learning. The game, combined with step-by-step work sequences, makes it possible to set up a tailor-made program, from identifying blockages to unlocking them, then acquiring knowledge.

I’m a very good listener, and I’m committed to interactivity and support, so that the efforts made lead to success: for the student, who makes progress, and for the trainer, who is delighted with his or her success. I want to be able to act on behalf of today’s children, who will be tomorrow’s adults.

My career path is proof that perseverance and commitment are the keys to success.
